ASSESS-DHT: Development and harmonisation of methodologies for assessing digital health technologies in Europe

European project aimed at developing and harmonizing evaluation methodologies for digital health technologies, facilitating their adoption in European health systems. It integrates clinical value, interoperability, security, privacy and efficiency criteria. It seeks to create a common framework aligned with the European Health Data Space that allows us to evaluate digital solutions in a consistent way, promoting digital transformation and guaranteeing access to safe and effective technologies for patients and healthcare professionals.
Goal
To develop a standardised assessment framework that consolidates existing methodologies and incorporates new criteria tailored to digital health technologies. The project aims to support regulatory and adoption decisions, improve comparability between solutions and accelerate their integration into healthcare systems. It also seeks to create open repositories of evidence demonstrating the clinical and economic value of digital health technologies across Europe.
