At BETTER CARE, S.L., we process the information provided by interested parties in order to manage the received Curricula Vitae and carry out personnel recruitment processes, interviews and any other procedures necessary to identify the best possible candidate for a specific job position. If you do not provide your personal data, we will not be able to fulfill the purposes described above.
No automated decisions will be made based on the data provided.

We inform you of the legal basis for processing your data:
Performance of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures: Management of Curricula Vitae submitted by candidates in order to carry out recruitment processes and identify the best possible candidate for a specific job position. (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
