Work–life balance
We offer a hybrid working model, focused on results rather than hours spent in the office. Better Care also promotes balance through a flexible working schedule (39-hour working week including lunch break). You can start your day between 7:00 and 10:00 am, finishing from 3:00 pm onwards.
Meaningful time off
Work can be demanding, but we ensure everyone has time to recharge. We offer 25 days of annual leave (+1 additional day for every 3 years of service), flexible holiday scheduling without restrictions, and 24 and 31 December and your birthday off.
