GEMS: Affordable Geriatric Health Monitoring Solution

Project focused on the development of a remote monitoring solution for geriatric patients based on IoT technologies, sensors and data analysis. It allows continuous monitoring of vital signs outside the hospital, facilitating the early detection of clinical risks. Its approach responds to population aging and the need for more sustainable care models, improving continuity of care and reducing avoidable hospitalizations in chronic patients.

Develop and validate a continuous monitoring system that allows us to anticipate clinical events in older patients through the analysis of data in real time. The project seeks to improve the patient's quality of life, optimize home clinical monitoring and reduce pressure on the healthcare system, facilitating early interventions and more efficient management of healthcare resources.
